At The Eternal Forge, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we forge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
